This is the typical style of coat as worn by most at this date, it has very full skirts at the back vents which are heavily interlined to give them accentuated fullness to the back of the coat, the look of  "paniers". They have the typical stack heel for this boot, they are knee length and have the large open cuff that sits around the top of the boot. These are really great boots made from a synthetic upper (hence the amazing price) but as you can see they really do look the part. They fasten with a zip up the back and the bucket  tops can be done up by laces which come with the boots.
