This Gorgeous Georgian style ballgown is made from cream silk dupion, pre-embroidered silk dupion and very authentic looking cotton lace. It has a matching choker lovely 3 layered cuffs and a boned panier frame to go underneath the underskirt and an overskirt joined into the boned bodice. Made from a beautiful embroidered Silk (mix) taffeta, heavily embroidered with beautiful flowers, bugs etc, very pretty indeed, the ground of this fabric is a cream with a very very subtle pink to it. Limited edition as we only have enough of this fabric left to make 1 of these, and only one other has been produced from it by Farthingale. It is made up in the a style suitable for late 1770''s to early 1790''s (but with span for more years pre-dating 1770''s). It is lined and backed with an unbleached pure cotton, with corset style lacings to the back, pocket flaps (non functioning pockets for this price, functioning pockets 5pounds extra on this piece). This is a very good quality wig for the price, and just perfect to complete any Georgian ladies outfit. Made of Synthetic hair with straps to the inside of the wig that sit comfortably upon the head, and give the lift that is vital to the look of this style of wig. The style of coat in the picture is suitable for coats from the 1780's-90's, and even as a morning coat for the Regency era. this particular one has no cuff, and a rectangular style pocket. Please note that this style can easily be changed to suit different parts of the Georgian era, for instance we can make it with a scalloped pocket, and turnback style cuffs to represent the 1770's, and with the same changes, but with no collar, this style can also be used to represent the 1760's, so basically just let us know what your after, and we'll make it to suit basically. Seen here in a brown wool, but these can of course be made in fancy silks etc, again just contact us to discuss any preferences.

Beautiful Ladies shoes, fabric covered, (please note that this is not the standard fabric they come covered in, but we can send samples of standard fabric if you''d like). These shoes can be covered in a fabric of your choice as well, so if you have a dress in a fabric, then you can have these made to match, or even if you just fancy a certain colour you can have these covered in a plain silk or something. Here we have a beautiful pair of hand embroidered Georgian pockets, embroidered in this country by Farthingale. These were worn by ladies under the skirts of their dresses. This particular pair are ready to go as seen in the pics, the base fabric is an unbleached 100% cotton, and is emboidered in all silk threads.
